NCLAT has stayed the ₹27.38 crore penalty imposed on Intel by the CCI and directed it to disclose the withdrawal of its India-specific warranty policy of boxed microprocessors. The policy granted warranty services in India only for processors bought from domestic distributors that Intel authorised. NCLAT granted Intel relief from any action until the next hearing on April 23.

The review of the two app stores found 55 nudify apps on Play Store and 47 on App Store. The offering of such apps comes despite both companies having policies prohibiting such content.
