NCLAT stays ₹27.38 crore CCI penalty on Intel

NCLAT has stayed the ₹27.38 crore penalty imposed on Intel by the CCI and directed it to disclose the withdrawal of its India-specific warranty policy of boxed microprocessors. The policy granted warranty services in India only for processors bought from domestic distributors that Intel authorised. NCLAT granted Intel relief from any action until the next hearing on April 23.
